SOLOHUB APPLICATION TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services (“Services”) provided by Sologid Technology Hub (“Sologid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our application, SoloHub (“App”).

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have our permission to access the App.
  2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATIONTo use our App, you may be required to complete a registration process and establish an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  3. USER CONDUCTYou are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the App. In connection with your use of the App, you will not assist, encourage, or enable others to:
    • Violate our content standards.
    • Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
    • Operate, conduct, or send illegal contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
    • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the App.
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAll copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and on our App and all content and software located on the App shall remain the sole property of Sologid or its licensors.
  5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIESSologid makes no warranty that the App will meet your requirements; will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; or will be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn no event shall Sologid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
  7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USEWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending a notification, posting a notice on the App, or updating the “Effective Date” above.
